You get a 30-day grace window after cancelling. Around day 15, we send a follow-up email letting you know the account is scheduled for deletion if it stays inactive. If nothing changes by day 30, your data and configured systems are permanently deleted.

Starter includes the community Slack workspace (peer-driven, no formal SLA) with best-effort email response. Pro adds a 24-hour email response guarantee. Elite gets same-day response (Mon–Fri) by email and through your direct Slack channel to Mark.
